Location is convenient, close to public transportation and markets. the staff is generally friendly and accommodating, with one standout employee. the rooms are clean and tidy, with useful appliances and furniture. one aspect of the room is lacking in terms of comfort.

The elevators at the hotel are poorly maintained and can be a hassle to use.

The hotel was located just a few steps away from the metro-- really handy for getting around. the nightly fireworks display during new years eve was an awesome sight to see. the continental breakfast buffet was decent enough and fueled our excursions around town.

The size of the hotel room was too small for a family of four. Our view overlooked a cemetery, which was a bit unappealing.

The staff were incredibly helpful and kind. The location was fantastic, close to the Osmanbey metro station and several attractions like Nişantaşı, Cevahir Mall, and Taksim Square. The manager, Ibrahim, went above and beyond to accommodate my needs, and the cleaning lady was cooperative and respectful.

The hotel was not clean and some of the appliances and furniture were outdated or not functioning properly. The rooms were not cleaned often enough and there was a bad smell throughout the hotel.
